I am operating a business in hotel management side which is a small Nepalese restaurant. well I am from a Nepalese community and I am a girl so I know how to cook a proper Nepalese food. In the restaurant Cuisine of Nepal, Tibet and India. There will be a comfortable atmosphere and is suitable for entire family. In Nepal and India, food is a art form which is passed by generation to generation, from guru(teacher) to vidhyarthi(pupil). The food is as rich as Nepalese people broad scope of traditions and regional variations in taste, appearance, texture, color and delicacy.
The hospitality of Nepalese people is legendary. In Sanskrit literature there are three words that form the motto of Nepalese and Indian hospitality “Atithi devo bhavo” which means “your guest is your god” so my restaurant’s name will be “Atithi devo bhavo”.

My ultimate strategic goal is to be Australia’s top Nepalese restaurant. To be in the top my restaurant’s food and environment should be comfortable. In the forum my friends and family can guide me and give me some knowledge to operate my restaurant properly. In the forum we can discuss the about the profit and loss, customers satisfaction, like what should be the atmosphere of the restaurant, how many cuisine should be in the menu, how to make food taste good.

In Nepal there are many cultures. so from the help of this forum we can choose all the variety of food that is found in Nepal. All the Nepalese people will join this forum and talk about their tradition and culture which will help us to introduce Nepalese culture to other people.

This forum mission is to communicate with all the Nepalese in Australia. To know what they think about the business, what can I do to make my business in profit as well as to introduce Nepal in a good way. To tell where I can find a good Nepalese cook/chef. To gather in our festivals.
· To remind Nepalese community their culture and tradition-
Some people have been here for more than 14 yrs. This restaurant is for them because they haven’t tasted tasty Nepalese food.some of them have forgotten the actual taste of Nepalese food. My mission is to remind them our taste of food and remind them our culture and tradition.
